IIFSA LLP was built on operations active since 2009, and formally incorporated as a Limited Liability Partnership on 2 May 2019. We integrate a manufacturing arm (organic biochemicals, water buffers, e-carbon soils, feed additives) with a consultative arm (V-Aqua ICT model, on-dyke mobile laboratories, pond-management advisories).

Mr. Shaik Akbar Ali

Starting July 2002 as a public servant in fisheries, Shaik Akbar Ali has built a career that bridges policy, science, ICT and grassroots farming. He founded IIFSA in 2009 to translate his lab and field experience into an integrated pond-health service — expert advice, technology transfer, and essential inputs.
The Pond Pharmacy — now marketed as POND CARE — was developed and field-validated under his leadership for over a decade, delivering measurable reductions in antibiotic use, parasitic disease and mortality across 30,000+ acres.
He also pioneered the V-Aqua ICT model in 2010 — one of the earliest virtual-advisory services for Indian aquaculture.
Coordinates internal manufacturing, finance, and domestic supply lines. Resident partner ensuring day-to-day plant operations at the Nellore and Akividu hubs run smoothly.
